 An event date is considered reserved once Grasmere and the inquiring party have signed the reservation contract and the non-refundable deposit of $ 600 has been made.

After an initial consultations, Grasmere may consent to hold an event date for 10 days if the bridal party does not wish to reserve the event date with a deposit on that day.

Holding an event date is a courtesy of Grasmere and is entirely at the discretion of Grasmere.

Holding an eventdate means that Grasmere will give the party for whom a date is temporarily held notice if another party is interested in that date. After this courtesy notice the event date is held for another 24 hours approximately.

Grasmere will make all reasonable effort to contact the party for whom a date is hled as described above, but it is solely up to that party to respond in time to reserve the prospective date. We cannot reserve dates without a written commitment and a deposit received.
