We take special care of the personal details of a wedding and have no prefabricated "package deals" in which to fit a bride and groom with all their joy, sense of fun and desire for beauty. If there is one thing we wanted to accomplish when envisioning Grasmere, then it is our wish to create designs full of uniqueness and a very personal sense of style. Our wedding floral shall always reflect the distinctive character of bride and groom. This individualized service does not permit pricing by a flat-rate, hence we cannot give you a generic price quote over the phone.

Dried Floral

Custom arrangements in the dried floral manner share many aspects of pricing with fresh floral: market price of the floral element(s), scale of the arrangement and complexity (labor). Most of our work is based on the customer's wishes for a certain color range, a desired height or circumference and the overall compatibility with their existing interior design.

The Grasmere Style is an amalgamation of the English Garden style, Dutch Woodland and French Geometric with a touch of German Eccentrism and evolved from years of bringing dried floral to a highly finished effect. This precludes us from designing arrangements in the Country or homespun tradition.

Based on our experience, small to medium size end table or wall arrangements have a range of fifty to one hundred dollars. Medium size table top arrangements (seating four to six) and mantle shelf designs seventy five to one hundred and fifty dollars. Large table top or side board arrangements one hundred and fifty to three hundred dollars. Dried floral wreaths typically have a scope from forty five to seventy five dollars for small door wreaths to one hundred and twenty to two hundred and fifty dollars for wall size wreaths. Entrance way pieces may start at two hundred dollars.

These are all varying price ranges and we mention these to bring to your attention that dried floral is a very viable alternative to fresh floral arrangements particularly since dried floral outlasts fresh floral by a year and sometimes two.

Please, bear in mind that shipping larger size floral arrangements may be difficult. Many of our customers instead opt to order custom arrangements in advance and pick them up when visiting or vacationing in New England.
